We live in an ever changing world where our customers have different attribute based demands for the food that they buy than they did in the past. In this module we will explore the societal expectations for food producers, how animal Ag has improved environmental stability and food security, how our customers are measuring our performance and how the consumer views food producers.

Dan Thomson
Dan Thomson is a third-generation bovine veterinarian and is an internationally recognized expert and leader in beef cattle production and health management. He is the Jones professor of production medicine and epidemiology and director of the Beef Cattle Institute at Kansas State University's College of Veterinary Medicine.
